Kaizen Klean LLC provides residential and related cleaning services, including but not limited to recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other cleaning services as agreed upon.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may vary based on location, home condition, service type, and requested scope of work.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes may be based on information provided by the customer, including home size, photos, service type, and cleaning needs.

Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of the job differs from the information provided during the quote process. We will communicate any major changes before beginning or continuing additional work.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information and safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot access the property, if the appointment is canceled late, or if the home is not ready for service, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.

Limitations

Kaizen Klean LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, buildup, mold, hard water damage, rust, permanent marks, odors, or damage caused by age, wear, neglect, improper maintenance, or previous cleaning products.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the property presents unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or unreasonable working conditions.

Text Message Terms

By checking the SMS consent box or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Kaizen Klean related to quote requests, appointment updates, service reminders, and customer care messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of booking or service completion.

We reserve the right to require deposits, upfront payment, or payment confirmation before scheduling or completing certain services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or lockouts may result in fees or refusal of future service.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, may offer a correction, re-clean of the missed area, credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the website or forms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen Klean LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
